Project: Fundraising Consultancy to develop a Fundraising Strategy

Established with funding from National Lottery Heritage Fund, the Museum in Stoke Mandeville needed to undertake a review of fundraising potential to drive investment into staff posts.  Looking at the plans for the museum, a strategy was developed focused on the ‘fundraising mix’ allocating activity to key areas of income generation which were seen to have the most potential.  This led to the successful recruitment of two staff to drive trusts and corporate income who are now successfully implementing the strategy to fund key projects identified in the review, and to launch a corporate membership scheme focused around EDI issues.
