Project: Fundraising Consultancy Review of St Clement Dane’s Church Fund

Urgent and critical repairs are required to the RAF’s church in central London.  With rising inflation and construction costs, the RAF’s Executive Committee needed an independent review of the Church’s charitable funding potential and an assessment of its readiness to mount a major fundraising campaign including an application to National Lottery Heritage Fund.   An options analysis was presented contextualised with: conservation reports of the church’s fabric; external funding feasibility; governance issues; and potential return on investment of major fundraising.
